The original building with triangular layout was part of a former production area for the textile industry dating from 1960s. Its original use was a heat plant with double height internal space. In the nineties the additional mezzanine was added to the main space and the use has changed to offices and canteen. After the bank had vacated the building, technical infrastructure and rainscreen facade from the nineties became obsolete and no longer able to meet modern requirements for the quality of internal environment. The original rainscreen facade using ceramic tiles was replaced with contact facade system with exception of the main entrance and the south-east corner, where new ventilated facade was installed. New staircase was added to the inside of the building and the mezzanine was replaced with the full size 1st floor.
